The total for the car rental on the confirmation page was 2185 ZAR = 453 SAR. When I arrived at the car rental branch, they advised me that the third party company (AutoRentals.com) had changed the currency from SAR to ZAR, which made a huge difference at the counter!

Please provide a solution. This is unfair!

- The rental lacks large hybrids like SUVs.
- They wanted a hybrid Pacifica or Jeep.
- They need room for a San Diego trip with wife, dog and surfboard.
It doesn't have large hybrids for rent—like SUV size. I wanted to rent a hybrid Pacifica, or a hybrid jeep. It does have smaller hybrids for rent, but I need to drive to San Diego with my wife, my little dog, and various items—like a surfboard, clothes, etc.

Unable to ask a representative to show me how to get the $7.95 a day rentals or the 70%off enterprise discount and even$25 a day car rental rates that's all over the rental car websites.
- Ads show El Paso rentals at $7.95/day or $15/day.
- The search then shows $50-$75/day, not the low rates.
- They want discounts or removal of false prices.
Somebody tell me why a rental car searching for the lowest rates and initially showing on their webpage " Get car rentals in El Paso for $7.95/day " or at Hopper " Get car rentals for $15/ day in El Paso" BUT THEN WHEN YOU TAP " GET RATES" AND GO through their search engine no matter if I change dates cities states beginning of the week end of week or weekends or not I nor several of my friends can never find those low rates. Tell me where are they so I can rent them instead of the $50 , $60 and $75 A day rates your search engine tries to stick me in? Give us these discounts or remove those false prices off your websites and any of your companies websites you've hired to get customers

Deceptive and false rental rates on their website and their partners
- User can't find where, when, or how long the advertised low rental car rates apply; Priceline and Hopper do not show them.
I can't get a person to tell me where, when and for how long a customer can get their webpage advertised low low rental car rates. Companies like Priceline, Hopper and other online companies similar to Autorentals.com never seems to provide these advertised low rental car rates no matter when , where or for any length of time you enter into their search for lowest rates engine.
Totally wrong and I'm willing to bet a jury would agree after I provide them with verified documentation of receipts from their records and of the thousands and thousands of dissatisfied customers I will provide. steel_mdi@***.com MD Iwanski

Bad experience using a company you favor.
- Easirental gave a poor experience.
- Office far from airport in a gravel lot with no wifi.
- Forced to use their insurance; no access to mine.
You favored a rental car company called Easirental. They were absolutely horrible to deal with.
The office was out of the way from the airport in a gravel parking lot with NO WIFI service. I could not bring up my personal information using my I-phone to retrieve my insurance coverage. They would not allow me to use their plugged in computer to search for my insurance company, and forced me to have to use their coverage or I could not rent the car. No where to go, I was from out of state, carrying luggage.
Easi-Rental employee was very rude, telling me to come back tomorrow, but I paid for that day! I somehow would like to be reinbursed for having to use their insurance, or I would have had to walk.

- Online car rental reservations are not honored on Roatan.
- This applies to all island rental agencies.
I often travel to Roatan, Honduras.. When I rent a car online, they will not honor the reservation when I arrive.

- They charged $702.56 CAD.
- There is no customer number and the company is a scam.
