The total for the car rental on the confirmation page was 2185 ZAR = 453 SAR. When I arrived at the car rental branch, they advised me that the third party company (AutoRentals.com) had changed the currency from SAR to ZAR, which made a huge difference at the counter!

The car rental company was BUDGET. Confirmation # 0279****NL3.

Please provide a solution. This is unfair!

I am upset for the reasons listed below.

It doesn't have large hybrids for rent—like SUV size. I wanted to rent a hybrid Pacifica, or a hybrid jeep. It does have smaller hybrids for rent, but I need to drive to San Diego with my wife, my little dog, and various items—like a surfboard, clothes, etc.

Unable to ask a representative to show me how to get the $7.95 a day rentals or the 70%off enterprise discount and even$25 a day car rental rates that's all over the rental car websites.

Tell me where are they so I can rent them instead of the $50 , $60 and $75 A day rates your search engine tries to stick me in? Give us these discounts or remove those false prices off your websites and any of your companies websites you've hired to get customers

Deceptive and false rental rates on their website and their partners

I can't get a person to tell me where, when and for how long a customer can get their webpage advertised low low rental car rates. Bad experience using a company you favor.

You favored a rental car company called Easirental. They were absolutely horrible to deal with.

The office was out of the way from the airport in a gravel parking lot with NO WIFI service. I could not bring up my personal information using my I-phone to retrieve my insurance coverage. They would not allow me to use their plugged in computer to search for my insurance company, and forced me to have to use their coverage or I could not rent the car. No where to go, I was from out of state, carrying luggage.

Easi-Rental employee was very rude, telling me to come back tomorrow, but I paid for that day! I somehow would like to be reinbursed for having to use their insurance, or I would have had to walk.

Customer service question

Was double charged for fees and taxes. Auto Rentals US $37.34 and Hertz CAN $51.27.

Contacted Hertz, and told me I should be reimbursed by Auto Rentals. Thks Joe
